Today I chanced upon a TV programme on how couples first met.
Through out, it reminded me of the time we first met.
How awkward those few minutes were for them.
How they try to put their best out to impress the other person.
How awkward silences are really.. awkward.
And how chemistry were made as they talked.

Then I thought about us.
We were once in their shoes.
We were once in that nerve-wrecking situation.
We tried our hardest to bring out the best we had.
We had awkward silences in between.
We had conversations flowing.
Above all, it was an epic first meeting from the beginning.
One that I could never forget and wish to tell our children.

That first meeting..

Little did I know that the first meeting was the start of something.
And that gradually, I'd fall for you.

Alhamdulillah for everything.

Dear self,
A reminder to never hurt someone you love.
Else you'll be the one hurting yourself. and regretting your actions.
