The Cat Says Meow

BERKELAH WATERFALL EXPEDITION '08.

I realised that it is this kind of adventure that I like doing most and that gave me the feeling of satisfaction after every moment.

Simply breath-taking!

I can't believe I climb those high rocks when I have fear of heights. I can't believe I drank the fresh water from the river when all this while I haven't tried once. I can't believe I jumped into the water at a few metres high. I can't believe I got along well with this group of people. I can't believe the 4 days went by fast and I enjoyed the journey. I can't believe I am missing that place and the morning dip right now. Haha.

The food was great, too good. The company was fabulous. The committee was good too, they took good care of us.

Nevermind about the number of mosquito bites we have or the amount of sunburn
that we have on our skin.
It is about the journey we experience through out
and challenges we've overcome that makes it a beautiful memory.
That's what made everything a worthwhile trip.
To know that you have done what you feel is impossible
at first but came out safely, the after feeling of it is rewarding.
This trip for me, is more of a mental challenge rather than a physical one.

It was like a perfect getaway with just yourself, the great company and nature.
Sometimes when you get in touch with nature, you either fell in love with it
at first sight or without knowing it. Either way, you will feel connected to it.

It is funny how yesterday I have this feeling of not wanting to go back. So that I don't have to face the big truth that is to come. I know that I have to face whatever outcome it is going to be but I just don't think I'm ready enough.

If I were to have enough money now, I would take a break and put everything aside to do some traveling. But I don't. Only if, again.
