Home Alone, Day 1.

If you're feeling mad, angry or sad.
Take a walk.
If you're feeling bored, burdened or lost.
Take a walk.
If you're feeling stress, moody or depressed.
Take a walk.

Let your leg leads you.
Take a walk with no destination.
Alone.
Free yourself from all the strings.
And let your eyes do all the talking.
Rest your heart, rest your mind and free your soul.
Smile to the best and take a deep breath.
It'll do you wonders.

Home Alone, Day 1.

I took a walk around my house area today, alone.
It enlightens me to see greens and blues,
Nature at its best.
Nuts! couldn't believe I would actually do that.
Haha.
The weather was perfect, the wind was just right.

Biked to meet a friend, Shara.
Then we went cycling.
A good one indeed.
Brought along my camera for the walk and cycling.
