SATURDAY

Oh I miss my Saturday life. I miss the hanging out with the cousins and just chilling at the Merlion or Esplanade while talking about our little life. I miss going to hiphop gigs, like Speakeasy and meeting Saz and watching the local artiste do their music live, head-banging to their beats. But sad, no more Speakeasy and I haven't been to any of their shows since last year. I miss going to town on a Saturday, maybe watching movie there too. I think I miss the esplanade too, the night life there, the lights I mean. Some of the above, was last done in the early months of last year, February maybe? It's long huh.

And so what is my Saturday like nowadays? Staying home and watching kdrama. I know, its pathetic. But what can I do? Everyone seems kinda busy, if not, they would have some other plans. Hmm.. where's my hunk when I needed one. HAHA.

But today is a little bit different from the normal mundane Saturdays. I was home alone, of cos. I love being home alone, thats cos I got the kitchen all to myself! So my stomach was growling and there was nothing in the kitchen and this is where my creativity pops out all of a sudden. I was contemplating on whether to eat maggie mee or just campbell's mushroom soup. Being fickle-minded, it took me a good 1 hour or so to come up with a decision on what to eat. Hah, so much for not wanting to be fickle-minded Hash. But it was not a wasted effort because I came up with my new version of pasta (called Hash's Pasta). Heh heh! It was so simple. No fancy ingredients needed but just some red chilli, some shallots, onions, pepper & salt. Freaking SIMPLE yo! And it made my day. Ok, I don't wanna brag here but from my tastebud, it tastes D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. Mark my word. Hahaha. Yummmeh!



Well, today was not that boring after all. A new creation, a good meal leaving a satisfying stomach, what more can I ask for right?

I have things to tell.
