THE PAST DAYS

Sunday, 2/12/07

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon held on Sunday was one priceless experience. Volunteered and eventhough towards the end was sucky but we're pretty high during the first few hours. Taking the last train to City Hall, a first time and walking to the padang was just great. Being out at the wee hours of the morning was fabulous. Then seeing the people run was at first breath-taking to me. Because for them to run 42km was just wow la ehh. Tapi ada la sesetengah orang yang berjalan dan mengambil masa yang teramatlah lama untuk kembali. In the end we have to wait for them to finish only then can we go home. Dah lah ngantok, lapar pulak tu, penat lagi. Mane mood tak swing? 13 hours of not sleeping and sitting on the road side was something. Sitting in the middle of the deserted road and telling ghost stories at 3am in the morning was another thing. It just add some spice to the whole journey. Hah. Of cos, I was captivated by those elite runners.

Monday, 3/12/07

Watched ENCHANTED. Its a story where after you leave the theatre, you would feel so happy and all smiles. Somehow it gives you a hope that love forever does exists. It opens up your heart once again. I was enchanted by the story, especially when they were dancing to this song. I was smiling and somehow, felt jealous of it. It makes you wanna fall in love again. See what a movie can do to you. Hah. This is so not me. But its a good show to watch.

Tuesday, 5/12/07

Its marvellous how I can come out with a full informative speech within a few hours. I like! Like for today, the informative speech was so last minute. And the previous one also. Now it feels like a huge load of burden is off my chest. BUT, its not over till race day, which is this Saturday. Admin dept sure have lots to do huh. Grrrr... Kepala boleh pecah sei.
